I graduated in May 2019 from Elon University with a Bachelor of Arts in strategic communications and a minor in digital art. Following graduation, I was a member of Wayfair\'s E-commerce Associate Rotational Program where I developed my skills across the company\'s Merchandising & North America Retail business for 2 years. I spent the first year as a 3D Merchandising Services Account Manager where I handled day-to-day communication and strategy for suppliers in a program and then switched to a more project-based role in Wayfair\'s Merchandising organization. For the past 3.5 years, I’ve worked in various site merchandising roles for customers shopping our B2B site, Wayfair Professional. It has been highly collaborative allowing me to work with teams handling Product, UXR, UXD, Merchandising, Marketing, Category Management, and more. Together, we research customer/industry needs and use these findings to solve complex problems in the e-commerce space.
