As the Director of Talent Acquisition at UScellular, I lead the design and implementation of all recruiting processes to ensure we have the right strategy in place to attract top talent. I have over 20 years of experience in leading high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, providing strategic direction, and delivering excellent results.My specialties include recruiting skills, staff recruitment, employee retention, employee relations, benefits training orientation and onboarding, training and development, department development, behavioral based interview training, and HR program/project management. I also have a solid sales background and sales staffing experience, which enables me to understand the needs and challenges of our customers and partners. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication from Northern Illinois University.
