What began as a single-location concept evolved under my direction into a national franchise brand with 49 units across 27 states. Along the way, I built the foundation for scalability—developing operational systems, vendor partnerships, clinical protocols, and a unified brand strategy.My passion lies in building scalable businesses and empowering others to do the same. As a hands-on, values-driven leader, I’ve guided franchisees to multimillion-dollar success, led mergers and acquisitions, and built cross-functional teams spanning operations, HR, legal, finance, and marketing.
