Felicia Harvey is an award-winning, multifaceted corporate affairs professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, internal & employee communications, staff engagement, media relations and community engagement. She has a demonstrated ability to interface effectively with executives, community leaders, government officials, and media representatives locally and globally. She has proven success in building corporate communications departments including mentoring and managing staff and increasing employee engagement and overall morale. Felicia leads the communications team at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. At Amazon, Felicia was a member of the DSP communications team. As the Director, Media Relations and Corporate Communications at Avantor, Felicia led global media relations. Prior to that role, she directed communications efforts for key c-suite executives and corporate functions as the Director of Corporate Communications at Cognizant. In her prior role as a Corporate Affairs Site Lead at Amgen, she successfully managed corporate and community relations, internal and external communications, government affairs, philanthropy, and media relations. She established a strong external reputation for the Florida site, resulting in recognition as a Best Place to Work and a leader in corporate philanthropy. She also played an instrumental role in fostering a culture of diversity and staff engagement through the establishment of cross-functional councils and committees. Before that, as the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, Felicia led all aspects of media relations, marketing, strategic planning, and social media.
