ABOUT FELICIA BROWER

I am a Licensed RE Salesperson and Real Estate Professional with years of experience as a finance executive successful in building businesses and driving organizational improvements. My finance and accounting background provides me with a foundation like no other to assist clients in making smart real estate choices. In addition, my years of financial experience provides me with the ability to evaluate and analyze real estate deals to identify true opportunities. I’ve joined LinkedIn to assist the community with advice, guidance and contacts in the areas of financial operations, corporate growth and expansion strategies, risk management and regulatory compliance. I am experienced with large institutions as well as with start-up organizations and have developed accounting departments from scratch. My focus has been to drive financial awareness throughout the business to boost individual, team and company performance, improving quality, transforming organizations, creating positive change, efficiencies and profitability. This focus and dedication has inspired me to start my own business in Real Estate Investing as well as help others through my position as a Licensed RE Salesperson. On a personal level I love dogs, children, hiking, ATVs, motorcycles, fitness, cooking, music/concerts; especially country music and Jimmy Buffett.
