Projects implemented in both acute and ambulatory settings. Developed project charter to include project goals and objectives. Developed and maintained the project plan to align with the project charter utilizing project management methodology. Defined and ensured resources are assigned to meet project goals. Documented meeting minutes, distribution and performed follow-up as appropriate. Defined project budget/forecasting, monitor/control and adjust budget as resource requirements change. Communicated project quality and progress metrics via reporting tools. Addressed and resolved project issues/risks to ensure the project remains on track. Key Achievements: Managed 30 projects impacting over 10 hospitals/cancer centers/ambulatory surgical centers while maintaining budgets ranging from $70K+ to greater than $450K+. Decreased project start-up time by approximately 5 days by developing and leveraging reusable project management collateral for specific vendor implementations. Evaluated ServiceNow project management capabilities compared with existing Project Web App (PWA) tool project management capabilities. The assessment contributed to the organization’s decision to remain on the existing PWA tool with potential to impact 150+ Project Managers. Empowered two associates through mentoring to pursue personal development and identify career goals while also improving my mentoring/coaching skills.
