With a BA in Applied Psychology and over nine years of experience in Nike\'s logistics network, I am a versatile Operations Manager who oversees the outbound operations of a large distribution center. I ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of customer orders, while managing a team of 6 exempt managers and over 100 athletes.I am passionate about delivering excellence and innovation to our consumers, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization, and supporting the company\'s mission to inspire and empower every athlete. I leverage my psychology expertise to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to my team, empowering them to achieve their goals and develop their skills. I also utilize my knowledge of warehouse management systems, continuous process improvement methodologies, and third-party logistics partnerships to enable the efficient and flexible operation of the supply chain.
