I am responsible for providing leadership and oversight for many of the university’s college access and college transition programs that support students from the Chicagoland area and Rockford and Aurora, Illinois. My responsibilities also include grant writing, evaluation of program activities and services, budget development and management, and staff supervision. Additional responsibilities include development, implementation and oversight of new initiatives to promote high school and college retention and graduation, college matriculation, and support services first year students.
