Educates scholars on their eligibility, benefits package, how to find care, costs, and navigating the US healthcare system. Process invoices for 1200+ scholars per month and sends new enrollments to insurance carrier. Collaborates with insurance company to resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner. Reviews policy documents and website content for accuracy and user comprehension. Works collaboratively with universities to run compliance reports, deliver comprehensive benefits reviews, and coordinate scholar questions.
