ABOUT FELICIA DE CHABRIS

Felicia has been with Brown Harris Stevens/Halstead for twenty four years and is a Lic. Associate R.E. Broker. She has repeatedly been a member of the \'Producers Council & Platinum Circle\', a select group of leading brokers. Along with her commendable track record, representing individuals buyers and sellers, she has worked as a Sales Director on several successful development projects including; The Captain Rose House, Coppersmiths Landing, Beekman Landing, Hamilton Lofts, Toll Brothers first Manhattan condominium, 110 Third, 88 Morningside and currently 11 Hancock Place. Additionally, as exclusive leasing agent she represented: Seaport Mews and 14-16 South William Street. Intuitive and knowledgeable, Felicia is sensitive to the all the factors involved in selling or buying property. She ensures that each individual transaction closes smoothly and pleasantly. After studying fine art and earning her Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design, a field she worked in for a few years, she established her own successful ceramics business. Commercially, she sold to clients like Barneys, Henri Bendel, The Guggenheim Museum Shop, The Philadelphia Museum Shop, Storm King and numerous museum shops and upmarket stores. Aside from her commercial work, she exhibited ceramics in galleries in New York and worldwide. Felicia has also represented a number of condos as a property manager under her design and management company and is also delighted to be a Superhost in her AirBnb\'s in the Catskills and Poconos. Having lived in several countries growing up, today Felicia considers New York home. And she is happy to share her enthusiasm, warmth, integrity and creative professional approach in all aspects of her business life.
