I’m an Italian lawyer admitted to the Bar in Italy in 2007.I\'m a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).My expertise regards transportation law, with an extensive experience in advising on disputes in the air navigation and land transport sectors.I advise clients mainly in regulatory matters, including compliance with the aviation rules, and in administrative procedures before the Aviation Authorities.I also advise clients in judicial and administrative disputes concerning aviation accidents and incidents and for all the aspects related to the aviation safety.I also have experience in business and corporate law and commercial contracts with a focus on regulatory compliance with regards to Protection Data.On this field, I have a significant experience in advising on the analysis of the impact of Data Protection rules (including the last General Data Protection Regulation GDPR) on all the business activities.I work at the faculty of law at the University of Milan – Bicocca and at the University of Sassari (Sardinia) as assistant professor of transportation and navigation law. With reference to these last matters I am the author of several papers and case comments.I am a member of the editorial board of the “Italian Journal of tourism law”.I am the founder and member of the Committee for the institutional assistance in case of air accidents of the Milan Bar Association.
