About Mitchell Feldman

After graduating with honors from Boston College Law School and the UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Management with a dual degree in Psychology and Brain Sciences, I joined Morrison & Foerster LLP as a litigation associate. Currently, I bring my varied experiences to the litigation group, focusing on commercial litigation and trial practice, including securities litigation and enforcement, and white collar crime. My practice crosses several industries, including investment banking, hospitality, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare.Throughout law school, I gained a variety of practical experiences. I had the opportunity to spend a year working in-house at Altra Industrial Motion, honing my skills in commercial transactions with a multinational public manufacturing company. I spent my summer associate position with Morrison & Foerster, exploring different practices, ultimately excelling in commercial litigation and trial practice. I also spent my third year of law school and post-graduation in-house at Formlabs, where I continued to develop commercial skills at one of the largest and fastest growing 3D printing companies in the world.
