Challenged with modernizing global cash management capabilities to improve repatriation and free cash flow forecasting while improving the global FX hedging program. Chaired the Structured Transaction Governance Committee (STGC), managing and approving intercompany transactions, debt issuance, M&A, corporate venture capital investments, and large contracts. DELIVERED RESULTS: • Reduced variance by multiple basis points over 6 months, improving free cash flow forecasting accuracy. • Decreased global FX exposure by hundreds of millions of dollars and reduced hedging variance. Reduced global excess cash through repatriation by hundreds of millions of dollars and reduced net interest expenses. • Approved and refinanced multimillion-dollar intercompany loans to finance global operations and expansion. • Improved average vendor payable terms by several days in a multimillion-dollar supplier financing program. • Recruited, promoted, and developed a team of direct and indirect reports, internally and externally. • Expanded DEI programs by founding the Asian employee affinity group, “Harmony,” in 2022.
