   SAP Toluca ECC 6.0 Upgrade Project (Mexican Parts System) Jan 2020 - Present • Led SD & FI analysis including “Pricing”, “Credit and Debit”, “Ledger”, “GWM” and “Credit Check”. • Finished Interfaces Testing of Interfactura, OE Connect, GWM, eSAP and Gdimps (GPS). • Identified Material and Non-Material Return Process for eSPOM and RIM. • Identified IIB ((IBM Integration Bus) File Mapping issues and completed IIB 8 interfaces testing with Toluca SAP new IDoc Structure (ECC-IIB-Layer 7-Catalyst). • Supported paired E2E (SIT/UAT) for Ship Direct, Backorder, Material/Non-Material Return, Vendor Payment, PO, Sales Order, Catalyst, etc. • Supported SIT/UAT and fixed the related defects. • Worked with business team to finalize Speeds & Feeds and supported Performance Testing. • Troubleshot of “Credit Check” issues for Ship Direct process and got them fixed, those issues had been in SAP Toluca since 2003. • Led the analysis to develop a program with the enhanced functionality for “Stock Adjustment”, which got 90% ITSM tickets reduced for SAP Toluca Prod. • Supported Production for SAP Holden and Toluca ITSM Tickets, • Daily Operation Support of Catalyst Warehouse Management System (Non-SAP system), including Monthly Patching Support for SAP Toluca and Catalyst. SAP eSAP Upgrade and CCA ECC Split Project (Holden Warehouse with CRM/SPP/ECC/EWM) May – Aug 2020 Completed eSAP upgrade and built CCA ECC HANA 2. Created new ALE IDoc interface between CCA and GFIT (eSAP) ECC for Financial documents and updated existing interfaces to support both ECC instances. • Completed Current/To-Be Business Process Flow Chat for Claim/Return/Sales Order/TPOP using Visio. • Updated PPDs of Billing in CRM, Order Management, Complaints & Returns. • Completed OTC Interfaces analysis, reviewed and executed OTC test cases (SIT). • Completed POC of Financial Docs transferring via IDocs between 2 ECC Boxes. • Completed CRM Billing Doc OpenText Upgrade testing.
