   Owns LMS GTM Enablement Steering Committee working with senior LMS leaders and GTME leaders to define enablement priorities, drive organizational efficiencies, facilitate rhythm of the business activities, and build connective tissue across leaders, teams, and programs. •Delivered on strategic initiatives including LMS Onboarding and InShape to help the LMS business achieve its goals. •Program managed Blueprint Summit, a 2-day hybrid workshop featuring panel discussions, candid stories, and peer to peer coaching breakouts for over 200 LMS sales leaders. Over 83% attended in person and 93% found the summit to be a valuable use of their time. •Organized and facilitated 2 program management panels for GTME including a 4-person PM panel and an interview panel featuring PMs and their stakeholders. •Interim team manager and business lead responsible for X including coaching/mentorship, team meetings, offsites, QBRs, OKR management, and annual & quarterly planning process. •Created “GTME and Dragons” an interactive enablement training on leveraging PM principles for projects as well as BAU work for GTME enablement leads and sales performance consultants for our team offsite. •Coaching and mentoring Global Program enablement leads and BLP Associates to ensure the team has frameworks, training, and resources needed to provide best-in-class program management partnership
