In April 2008, I joined Schüco International Italia, serving first as Product Manager for Automation Systems and later as Product Marketing Manager for building envelope solutions. During this tenure, I led several strategic company projects, including the definition and implementation of a new product development process based on Lean principles. In 2022, I co-founded Fabbrika22, where I serve as CEO. The company is dedicated to designing and manufacturing high-quality, sustainable solutions for premium living and well-being. Since 2024, I have been leading Casa Schüco® Noale, the first Flagship Store in Italy developed by Schüco. This innovative project, in partnership with Fabbrika22, represents a revolutionary approach to the customer journey, transforming the traditional showroom into an immersive, real-life living environment. As CEO of Fabbrika22 and Manager of Casa Schüco® Noale, I lead Italy\'s first Schüco Flagship Store. I combine entrepreneurial vision with technical expertise to manage the entire project lifecycle—from architectural consultation to final installation—delivering premium, digitalized, and tailor-made solutions for private clients and professionals.
