Tagline: The cat videos must flow. at scale! As a PTM I support partners in ad-hoc implementations for at-scale delivery of their content. I take part to internal projects to support product adoption and growth and I interact with several internal stakeholders. I’m covering all verticals (except Music) and I have a clear and deep understanding of the business models and difficulties in each segment, as well as blockers on partners’ side for features adoption. I have a deep knowledge of data analysis and I use data to propose strategies working for partners and YouTube with always in mind the long run.+Partner Work: Perform implementation reviews, evangelize new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges. Take part to Quarterly Business Review providing data insights to partners and Partnership Team.+Project Work: Create internal tools for PTMs and Partnership to track partners trend (on deals, adoption, major KPIs) as well as internal projects with at least EMEA-wide impact.+Product Work: Improve product feature offerings and customer service by providing partners’ feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Development and Engineering.+XFN Works: Covering for several (big) markets at once (IT, ES, CEE, TR), I found myself handling different XFN teams at once. I’m acting as Tech Consultant and Product Expert to Partnership Directors, Local legal, PR, Policy, Marketing and Sales.+PTM Internal team Work: I’m the vertical lead for TV and Film, providing support and intra-team consistency (other than working with Central Teams). I’m also the PTM lead for the Partner Sales Program (GAM), handling interactions with Partner Sales Team.+202201-> 202204: Technical Program Manager for YouTube BizTech. I acted as a TPgM in internal projects.
