Imprima Group was founded in 2106 thanks to the investments of Wise Equity SGR, which in a few years brought together in the same group the highest profile Italian companies with decades of experience in the textile field and foreign companies based in the USA, Germany and Morocco to create the largest textile group in Europe.Within the group, I am responsible for treasury, a role I carry out with my team with particular reference to- daily treasury activities- monitoring and management of group liquidity and of the individual legal entitiesI take care of the group\'s financial planning by defining the most appropriate credit lines with the financial system in general, with direct relations with banks, factors, fintechs, brokers and all institutions that may be useful in achieving objectives.In close contact with the group CFO, I define and control the management of short and medium-term debt with particular attention to compliance with contractual covenants. I carry out periodic final and prospective reporting activities, including- credit reports- customer/supplier aging- weekly planning- weekly cash flow- three-month prospective cash flow - direct method- prospective cash flow at twelve months or more - indirect methodAs a corporate function, I am responsible for both import-side and sales-side risk management. On the import side, I am responsible for group hedging strategies in order to ensure compliance with margins. The activity also extends to a direct relationship with credit insurers, which play a key role in the textile industry.
