In my current role, I am working as a SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant, supporting multinational clients in the design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse management processes.I am responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP EWM solutions, configuring system settings, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as WM, MM and SD. My role involves managing inbound and outbound logistics processes, inventory management, stock transfers, picking and packing strategies, and warehouse structure configuration (storage types, sections, bins).I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, streamline warehouse workflows, and ensure data accuracy across the supply chain. Additionally, I support testing activities (UAT), provide end-user training, prepare functional documentation, and assist during go-live and post-go-live support phases to guarantee system stability and business continuity.A key aspect of my role involved ensuring regulatory compliance and managing risks, collaborating closely with the compliance team to ensure all trading activities adhered to company policies. I managed transaction data, maintaining accurate records for performance analysis and compliance purposes. I worked in synergy with various departments, including compliance, finance, and IT, to ensure smooth operations, also addressing any technical issues related to the platform.
