These models support critical business functions including- Loss Forecasting: Implemented and refined models to project expected credit losses under various economic scenarios, contributing to CECL compliance and strategic planning- Capital Planning & Stress Testing: Built scenario-based models to assess portfolio resilience under adverse conditions, directly informing capital adequacy assessments- Loan Pricing: Supported pricing strategy by integrating risk-based modeling into loan product development.Community Leadership: Since June 2024, I have also served as Co-Chair of BECU’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group. In this role, I help plan and coordinate events such as our annual Pride Parade participation and lead initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and build community within the organization.
