Responsible to lead a Team of 35 Field Engineers, working on service and installation projects in East Europe, Russia and Kazakhstan for Power Generation and Oil & Gas.Main duties-Validate crew composition with Service Managers upcoming jobs, well-balanced crews to optimize performance using multiple analytical data sources, bench retainers, Break-In-Service, and Work Time Regulations-Assign employees to jobs based upon their skills, abilities, availability, and crew performance-Manage field employees including employee contracts, employee performance evaluations, identify training and job assignment- Recruit and hire prospective employees, handle financial and sales responsibilities-Manage sales and financial responsibilitiesReport utilization, bench cost, training and supply statuses, and balanced crew development to drive productivity and reduce cost-Conduct audits and inspections on the work teams during field execution-Analyze customer feedback and post-outage-Partner with the Regional Training, Development, and Qualifications Manager -Coordinate with EHS -Create recruitment strategies -Participate in quarterly talent development review processes
