The fleet team at Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is part of the Transport functional area and is responsible for managing the operations of approximately 2800 vehicles before, during, and after the event, covering all clusters (Milan, Cortina and Anterselva, Valtellina and Val di Fiemme).My tasks are mainly divided into two parts: pre-Games time and during Games time.Pre-Games- Operational management of partnerships with Stellantis (vehicles) and Pirelli (tyres)- Responsibility for vehicle insurance- Support for drafting supply contractsGames time- Responsibility for the Cortina car depot (approx. 600 vehicles)- Management and coordination of a team of about 25 people- Management of relationships with external suppliers- Management of relationships with internal teams (venue transport, bus transport, client services, host city team, food and beverage, security, cleaning and waste)
