Wide experience in supply chain, project management & complex system analysis. Over the years I have held various positions leading different multi-disciplinary groups distributed in different international locations & managing different international program for big customers (i.e CNH, FCA). I oversaw activities of up to 60 collaborators, managing internal and external customers always considering Company and BU, as BU manager, budget & margin objectives.
