ABOUT FEDERICO RIZZO
I started working in Oil & Gas since 2018 with Technip. I started with Technip Italy Direzione Lavori where I was involved in the implementation of the QHSE management system and I also worked on important national projects in particular in the preparation of documents. In Technip Italy Direzione Lavori I also had a brief site experience during a revamping in the Milazzo refinery. Later, in 2019, I moved to Technip Italy (first as TechnipFMC and then as Technip Energies). During this experience, I initially worked on the company HSE management system used my knowledge of international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. I also held the role of HSE trainer within the company, training in accordance with Italian legislation D.Lgs. Later I started working on international offers and projects as Project HSE Engineer supporting these projects in the development of their HSE Plans and in the coordination of the different disciplines towards the achievement of the Safety Objectives. Starting from May 2021 I am involved in an important international project Neste Rotterdam RJF & WWT Projects as Site HSE Greenfield Area Coordinator. During the Project execution, starting from July 2024 I am appointed as Site HSE Manager. I am a positive person who adapts easily to change. I am always projected towards self-improvement and a great desire to learn. I have good communication and organizational skills, excellent teamwork skills.
