I am a young professional who worked in Ecuador, Italy and Albania, currently based in Beirut. I have a solid experience in project management, coordinating complex processes, multidimensional teams and a deep knowledge of PCM. My willingness to find new solutions to social issues led me to studying and promoting Social Entreprises as an innovative tool to reach concrete impact.I firmly believe in the need to combine Development and Humanitarian actions in order to guarantee a long-term impact. Moreover, I am convinced that we must build new solutions from the very first moment we are faced with emergency or a crisis.I always felt the urge to make my own part in fighting inequalities and injustices, to contribute with my abilities and possibilities to the self-determination of the people around the world. I am conscious that the only way to achieve this is to do what I like in the best way possible.
