Corporate Data Governance team management - Five direct reports dedicated to the design and implementation of the Global Data Governance policy and the Collibra Data Catalogue. Data Management Risk - Coordination with Data Privacy and Cyber Security areas to produce a management framework for data breaches, misuse, or manipulation- Definition of risk tolerance, mitigation plans, and long term viability scenarios for ExCo. Data Governance Knowledge Hub - Development of multiple materials to support the implementation of the Data Governance policy, including the global policy itself, plus Data Quality Framework, Data Catalogue & Lineage Framework, Company-wide Data Governance training courses, and team strategy. Data Governance Implementation Centre - Bi-weekly engagement with 20+ groups of stakeholders applying the Data Governance Framework on the various Vodafone Operating Companies and Group Functions- Creation and maintenance of a Data Governance Community across countries to enable collaboration and best-practice sharing- Design and implementation of a compliance measurement mechanism to produce maturity scores for each Operating Company and drive the continuous engagement to the programme.
