Lately I took on the role of Motion Design Director @Dentsu, within the Dentsu Experience vertical.My goal is to strengthen our 2D and 3D post-production area, building solid workflows and growing the Team, with the ambition of shaping it into a true Boutique Studiio: recognizable for its style and approach, and capable of maximizing the value of our clients’ projects.In this role, I find myself at the crossroads of creative direction, management, and innovation: I collaborate with Dentsu Creative and our in-house Production House to develop ideas that combine vision and implementation skills.Even though I have coordination responsibilities, I always remain operational, because I believe that Creative Crafting skills are fundamental to my vision of Design: only by working \"with your hands\" can the connection between concept and implementation be kept alive.Excited about the challenges already faced and those ahead, with the ambition to build a solid and distinctive path for both our Team and our Clients’ projects.
