Acting as PMO in supporting the digitalisation process of one of the biggest banks in Italy and Europe. In concrete, I have been gaining expertise in governance/project management aligning the various stakeholders involved to stay on track in terms of deadlines and quality delivered for on going project’s streams, as well I have been actively participating in the definition of future streams and plans.In particular, I’m in the front row to update and create all the documents (Excels and PowerPoints) to be shared to the client at each SAL’s meeting (Stato di Avanzamento Lavori), but also at discussion’s tables and sharing meetings.To achieve this objective, I have been exploiting the tool Application Lifecycle Management to download the data and have a look on the details of the ongoing project.
