About Federico Arboleda
Trying my luck as a serial entrepreneur.Many years ago, at my first job, I found myself logging core as a junior geologist in Niger, Africa. One day, the modeling computer crashed with no internal resources to address the problem. My boss, perhaps recognizing my latent interests, gave me a shot at fixing the problem. And from that long night, my career has focused on information technology for the mining industry. During my journey I have built many new teams and established offices to deploy IT technology and services; I have introduced complex technologies to multinational environments; I have driven innovation across enterprises. This is a long way from my upbringing in rural Venezuela, but I am proud to say that I have always tried to make things better. My drive has been to build a community, to create opportunity, and to improve the status quo.
