   Responsible for leading the Advanced Course and Leadership Program and developing curriculum and documentation for the various workshops offered by the organization. The Advanced Course is a 4-day intensive soft skills course that includes the delivery of experiential curriculum to groups of up to 55 people. The training includes presenting as well as one-on-one coaching. The Leadership Program takes place over a 90-day period and includes soft skills training and the delivery of experiential curriculum to groups of up to 50 people. The training includes presenting as well as one-on-one coaching and Leadership skills training. Delivering Momentum’s Corporate and Organizational work and support in customizing the trainings to their specific needs. Responsibilities include presenting to potential and existing clients in groups of up to 150 people.
