Provide general AVRR information and pre-departure counselling to potential returnees, carrying out individual interviews and conducting research on current situations in countries of origin- Liaise with IOM missions in countries of origins and Embassies to conduct risk assessment on return of vulnerable applicant and activate relevant referral mechanisms to ensure safe return procedures- Contribute to develop training tools and info material and deliver training sessions on AVRR procedures and relevant EU and Italian legislations to stakeholders, donors and Focal Points- Liaise with Donors to draft relevant legal documents and agreements for the implementation of the project, with the support of IOM Legal Office, and advocate to guarantee the right to a voluntary return in safety and dignity- Contribute to the data collection and the elaboration of the assisted returnees profiles, keeping track of nationalities involved, in order to regularly compile analysis and statistical reports- Coordinate and supervise AVRR Focal Points involved in field operations, in the implementation of AVRR related activities and answering to complex queries on legal aspect and procedures.
