I am a Colombian-Portuguese legal professional and policy expert based in Berlin, with 9+ years of experience across antitrust law, environmental governance, and circular economy (CE) policy. After six years advising corporate clients on competition law at one of Colombia’s top firms, I transitioned to the sustainability field and now lead international consultancy projects at BlackForest Solutions (BFS). My work spans waste management, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and CE strategies in collaboration with international donors, governments, and private sector actors across Latin America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. I hold a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School and a Law degree from Universidad del Rosario. At BFS, I focus on regulatory design, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of innovative, compliant, and sustainable waste systems.
