After a bachelor degree in Legal Servicies and the accomplishment of the professional qualification as a Labor consultant combined with a master in drafting individual employement contracts,I started my career path with a role in consultancy, gaining valuable insights into various aspects of HR and labor relations. This foundational experience provided me with a deep understanding of the dynamics between organizations and their employees.Then my professional journey led me to Amazon, where I began as an HR Assistant. Over time, I demonstrated my dedication and expertise, leading to a promotion to the role of HR Partner responsible for overseeing HR operations for the Pordenone and Udine Logistics sites.Throughout these experiences, I\'ve developed a deep passion for supporting and nurturing the human side of business and than I decided to explore a different field joining Saint Laurent. My background in legal services has given me a unique perspective on compliance and the importance of ensuring that all HR practices are in line with legal and ethical standards. Moreover, I am committed to ensuring that the workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with the organization\'s goals.
