Managing and leading a large team across Showroom floor and showroom Operations. Key responsibilities included, but not limited to; Leading the showroom floor team and the showroom Operations team under one umbrella.(Team headcount of 12 staff with 3 direct reports) Organising, Delivering, and executing high revenue wholesale markets across London and Paris showrooms Tracking monthly finance spend and yearly budgets Coordinating global regional and wholesale schedules across 6 regions. Developing meeting plans, and critical path deadlines to ensure all requests are fulfilled each season Populating and managing global booking forms for London and Paris markets, coordinating appointment schedules and overseeing client phasing. Key support to business strategy team. Developing critical path calendars for the business ensuring all moving parts are accounted for and considered each season. Orchestrating hybrid seasonal global presentations. Working with Digital events team to ensure we constantly improve and execute outcome to the best possible level to reach all global audiences. Working and communicating with senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution each market, and clear feedback sessions are delivered post each market. Hosting over 400 key accounts each market across London and Paris showrooms. Delivering high level of service, ensuring team is trained, catering organised and overseeing the event planning to execution end to end. Working on stretch projects across the business; Supporting key strategy days, EMEIA training road shows, internal CEO filming, women in tech events, and DE & I panels. Leading model castings and sign offs. With each new creative director change ensuring all ways of working are adapted to new ways of working. Ensuring the team is looked after and invested in, checking in weekly, executing development plans and building team resilience. Looking after team wellbeing and championing DE & I
