Initial introduction to the business involved in depth process understanding of receiving all fabricated parts and raw materials. This was necessary in order to fully comprehend the scope of the componentry of the machines and vendor & supplier base. Subsequent experiences and responsibilities included planning, organizing and upkeep of inventory storerooms. Additionally tasked with coordinating all returns up to and including parts remaining from project based initiatives and non conforming parts due to Receiving discrepancies. Work closely with Purchasing in order to continually communicate and mitigate non conforming parts on hand.Assist with managing work order close outs directly related to stocking initiatives or shipping initiatives to service broad international customer base.Completed certification requirements involving forklift operations and crane operations.Future endeavors involve managing flow of work orders throughout the core business of the organization.Experience base expanded to include the management and planning of all Spare Parts orders for customers and/or Inventory. This includes expediting Raw Material when necessary, step by step assurance that all manufacturing actions such as welding, polishing, milling, turning and painting are completed, product shipped for additional work if required, and assembled to drawing specification. All work orders closed on time and shipped to meet deadline driven requirements for Customers.
