ABOUT FEDELE C.
With a degree in Engineering, I took my first steps in the professional world employed by ENI as a supervisor of operations for drilling oil/gas wells and drilling engineer. Later in my career, I was mainly involved in the marketing of industrial goods, as well as technical and procurement activities related to large plant constructions; occasionally I dealt with quality management and company organisation issues. I am extremely grateful for having had the opportunity to attended international and multidisciplinary work settings and to have lived abroad for several years: in Texas, Norway, Scotland, and Spain. This has helped to enrich me on a personal and professional level. Before starting out as a Consultant, I had about 25 years of employment in companies, both Italian and foreign, from large multinational corporations to small/medium enterprises, dealing with multiple aspects of business activities
