I design AI products for enterprises that can\'t afford to get it wrong.Currently Director of UX at Sovos and member of the AI Tiger Team, where I\'m building Claude-powered products for Fortune 500 companies navigating tax compliance. This includes a privacy-preserving BI tool that generates insights from regulated data without exposing customer information to LLMs, and a platform AI toolbar scaling conversational AI across our product suite.Before this, I designed digital banking experiences that grew from 0 to 10M users in South Africa, and led UX for enterprise ERP systems in heavily regulated markets across Australia and New Zealand.16+ years designing for tax compliance, banking, and ERP systems has taught me that trust isn\'t built through capability alone—it requires transparency, constraints, and understanding user context in high-stakes environments.I\'ve conducted research in Germany, Hong Kong, China, South Africa, UK, and New Zealand.
