ABOUT FEALICIA GREENLAND

I lead and support various projects and initiatives to enhance the performance and quality of our delivery operations. With over 15 years of experience in public and customer relations, I have developed strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills that enable me to identify and implement improvements across multiple domains and functions.Prior to my transition into Logistics, I served as a Police Officer at the Metropolitan Police for 12.5 years, where I gained valuable insights into the dynamics of human behavior, motivation, and decision-making. I also earned a BA in Criminology and Psychology from London Metropolitan University, which sparked my interest in exploring innovative solutions for complex and challenging issues. I am passionate about learning new skills and applying my knowledge to make a positive impact in my current role and organization.
