About Fiona Kelly

As a Manager of Solution Consulting at Salesforce, I lead secure, mission-aligned architecture for U.S. Federal clients, specializing in systems integration across high-compliance environments in the DoD and IC.My career began as a U.S. Army paratrooper and SIGINT analyst, deployed to Afghanistan in 2002, where I supported real-time intelligence and helped establish core IT infrastructure in theater. Since then, I’ve operated SCIFs, led DIACAP recertification as SSR, and architected secure solutions for defense and intelligence missions. While my FBI CJIS and DCIN certifications have since lapsed, they reflect a long-standing foundation in compliance and operational trust.Currently, I’m expanding into applied AI—focused on strategic integration of emerging technologies into legacy systems to improve resilience, adaptability, and mission agility.As part of this work, I’m developing Meta-Cognitive Aesthetics (MCA), an original research framework modeling intelligence as a recursive system. MCA unifies concepts from cognitive science, epistemology, and systems design to better understand how minds—both human and artificial—learn, adapt, and refine across time. Early applications include strategic AI alignment, cognitive modeling, and mission-centered architecture.
