Technical Manager for the Project Co. Mobilinx Hurontario Management team responsible for the design, construction, financing, operations, and maintenance of the new Hazel McCallion Line/Hurontario light-rail transit project in Ontario.Project: Hazel McCallion/Hurontario LRT – DBFOM P3 contract valued at $4.6 billion, including 18 kilometres of new dedicated rapid transit between Port Credit GO Station in Mississauga to the Gateway Terminal at Steeles Avenue in Brampton, 19 surface stops with connections to GO, and one maintenance and storage facility for the light rail vehicles at Highway 407.Responsibilities include:• Strategic execution of the Project Agreement• Contract variations and scope change management• Managing the relationship between the Client/Contracting Authority and Mobilinx• Ensuring that the Construction joint-venture and Operations & Maintenance joint-venture consortium comply with contractual requirements• Monitoring, evaluating and managing the CJV’s compliance with the Project Agreement, Technical Requirements, and any legal or regulatory requirements• Technical oversight and project management on behalf of John Laing as a key equity partner in the project
