Does anyone here even read this? Anyway: I\'ve been working at REWE digital since January 2020 and have been fully responsible for our employer branding since September 2021. By chance, my tourism studies brought me to the Carlswerk in Cologne via a journey into the international branding world, the digital economy, the national event industry, and European marketing mania. And I have to say: working (together) in such an agile tech company is as challenging as it is rewarding. Wie auch immer: Seit Januar 2020 arbeite ich bei REWE digital und bin seit September 2021 hauptverantwortlich für unser Employer Branding. Wie der Zufall es so will, hat mich mein Tourismusstudium über Ausflüge in die internationale Brandingwelt, digitale Wirtschaft, nationale Eventbranche sowie europäische Marketingmania ins Kölner Carlswerk gespült. Und ich muss sagen: Die (Zusammen)Arbeit in einem solch agilen Tech-Unternehmen ist so herausfordernd wie bereichernd.
