Current project is a complete gut and renovation of an 8 story 105 unit building. This was a two year project which is very near completion. A very challenging project involving multiple consultants and additional owner and investor as well as government organizations. As demolition began and proceeded many more challenges presented themselves as we had to design on the fly as new revelations about the structure were unmasked. We were required to upgrade to current codes which was very challenging. We are on the home streach and although the challenges still persist we see the kight at the end of the tunnel.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
