ABOUT FREDERIK C. DENIS

Together with my team, I design digital solutions for the care sector – with the aim of making an impact where it truly matters. I am driven by a curiosity to understand how change happens – technologically, socially, and structurally. I follow developments such as artificial intelligence, blockchain-based infrastructures, automation, and geopolitical dynamics, asking myself what opportunities and risks they bring for our society – and how we can develop responses that amplify positive potential while deliberately addressing possible risks. I am also active in political and regulatory contexts, working to ensure that innovation is not stifled by bureaucracy. I represent the interests of a young tech company in a complex market environment and work to shape structures that are both sustainable and open to progress. My thinking is both visionary and practical: I focus on antifragile approaches that not only stabilize companies in times of change but help them grow stronger. My passion for trail running and climbing reflects much of what defines me professionally: endurance, orientation in unfamiliar terrain, precise decision-making in key moments – and the ability to view challenges not just as obstacles, but as opportunities. Those who meet me encounter not a title, but a person with curiosity and an eye for connections. My non-linear path is not a flaw, but a foundation – built on knowledge and experience gained not only from textbooks, but from real contexts, decisions made under uncertainty, and work in demanding, real-world situations.
