ABOUT FILIPPO MARIA CARDANO
I am pursuing a Master\'s degree in Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, where I work on Quantum-Secure Infrastructures at Airbus Defence and Space. This field combines my passion for cryptography and software engineering, and enables me to create innovative and secure solutions for the defense and space industry. Before joining Airbus, I spent four years as a software developer at alpitronic, a leading company in the electric vehicle charging sector. I was the lead of the production line process management team, and I designed and developed an ERP system for the hypercharger, a super-fast charger with smart charging capabilities. I also contributed to the R&D team on the embedded system solutions for the hypercharger project, which won multiple awards and patents. My core competencies include Post Quantum Cryptography, Secure Group Communications, and Simulation Software. I am fluent in Italian, English, and German, and I have certifications in IELTS Academic and Goethe-Zertifikat B2. I am also a member of the IT Area at Mu Nu Chapter of Kappa Nu, a prestigious honor society for electrical and computer engineers.
