Nano Project, Aonla-I & Aonla-II (Supply and Services)- i)Continuous monitoring of the capital budget and capital commitments related to Nano Project.ii)Assessed and closed A/P sub-ledger on a monthly and year-end basis, validated the content and resolved various payment to domestic as well as foreign vendors (Form 15CA & 15CB) after due compliance of GST, Income Tax read with DTAA.iv)Working on the implications of the Accounting Standard on the Nano project namely AS 10, AS 11 & AS 16.v)Review of Fixed Asset Register and implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.vi)Financial concurrence of indigenous and foreign purchase orders, work orders and required revision in their terms during the tenure of the project. vii)Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during financial Financial Statements submit to HO for Aonla-I & Aonla-II Urea Units and Aonla-Nano Unit separately.2. Taxationi)Overseeing the GST compliance of monthly filing of returns and annual returns (GSTR 1, GST 3B, GSTR 9) for within established statutory deadlines and Reconciliation of Books with GST returns.ii)Reviewing the monthly TDS data & payment, quarterly TDS and TCS returns within statutory deadlines and revisions if analyze, and interpret tax legislation and provide opinions on Direct and Indirect tax matters.iv)Compilation of various annexures for Tax Audit and coordinating with Tax Auditor for finalization of Tax Audit.v)Bank Reconciliation, Cash Management System (CMS) & various MIS Reports to provide feedback to management.
