Policy Specialist with experience in addressing climate change through Economic and Political Development, and within Multilateral Development Banking institutions, the United Nations, the G20, and in the legislative and executive branches of the Argentine, French, and US governments.I\'ve also looked at the ties between climate change and security/resilience in sub-Saharan Africa. For fun, I\'ve written a bit on game theory and multilateral climate negotiations. I specialize in climate policy and governance. I\'ve helped structure and issue the first sovereign SLBs, but give me any other fun challenge and I\'ll do my best to solve it while having fun!
