ABOUT FRANCOIS BRILL
I\'m a product and venture builder with a clear mission: create products that are simple, beautiful, and easy to use. It\'s both as simple and complex as that.I\'m constantly pushing to go the extra mile, overcoming internal barriers and challenges while striving to deliver the best products and features possible in the shortest amount of time. This never wavers, and is always based on thorough customer research and understanding of customer needs, as well as the development of key product features and management of the product\'s lifecycle. I\'m committed to doing whatever it takes to deliver the best user experience, and that the product I\'m delivering is of the highest quality.I have always had a passion for creating things that are beautiful, functional and user-friendly. When I have the chance to bring a concept to life, I am filled with enthusiasm and excitement, as I know I am making something that will be both aesthetically pleasing and incredibly practical. I love the challenge of finding a way to bring together the various components of a product, and to create something that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly effective. It is truly gratifying to know that my work has the potential to make someone\'s life easier and more enjoyable.I have been designing engaging digital experiences for over 20 years. At 18, I started my first web design business, and since then, I have gained extensive experience in design and business in various agencies and product roles. I have been on all sides of mergers, acquisitions and successful exits, selling products, shares and ventures when the time was right for me. I have come to realize that I really thrive in the “scrappy” zero-to-one stage of a start-up. Finding customers, solving real problems and getting us to product-market-fit. I typically play a larger role in a design, but I’m confident in taking on a more strategic product role where we don’t just deliver on what we’re building now, but we know it’s rooted in the right strategy and roadmap of where we’re heading with all the tradeoffs that comes along the way.
