Reviewed LNA and mixer designs for the downlink path, focusing on NF, gain flatness, and LO feedthrough suppression.EM Design: Designed 1:3 baluns, inductors, and transmission lines with low insertion loss, high Q, and high coupling coefficient (k).Mixed Signal RFIC/Analog: Assisted on PLL subsystem: charge pump current matching, loop filter design, and VCO tuning SAR ADC/CDAC. Implemented caged unit capacitor with bottom-plate sampling, optimize bootstrapped switches, build ADC simulations to verify linearity and settling.Power/Bias Supported LDO design, PA biasing block design.Collaboration and Execution: Partnered with the Layout team to close the full RF signal chain, managed project tracking and tape-out readiness.
