Scope of responsibility:\\\\nGlobal and transverse position - All Business & IT group demand (Projects, Evolutions, Services)\\\\n\\\\n3 poles:\\\\n- Business Relationship Managers: Business process design, GAP analysis management, Change portfolio management\\\\n- Architects: Solutions & services technical design\\\\n- IT Profile Specialist: Activity management\\\\n\\\\nMissions:\\\\n- Set up of a CIO PMO position / team\\\\n- Ensure good interactions between business and IT departments for changes to be made to the core model (central business process repository)- Business & IT level\\\\n- Contributes to the pre-project phases in close collaboration with the PMO (Business Need Expression & Design)\\\\n- Ensure an up-to-date Business Processes Repository (Business & IT level) in close relation with the Enterprise Architecture, Business Directions and QSS Department\\\\n- Define and manage the architecture of IT solutions, applications, and services in order to meet the needs of the business divisions, in line with the enterprise architecture.\\\\n- Ensure that these elements are integrated, in accordance with the company\'s standards and security policy\\\\n- Promote application innovation among all stakeholders (Management, Business, IT)\\\\n- Ensure operational management and reporting on the Core Model development activity\\\\n- Support, advise and follow-up on the forecasted resource allocation plans, the monitoring of achievements and the dependencies between the activities of all business and IT areas.\\\\n\\\\nMain achievements:\\\\n- Business Process Management implementation for our core model update (BPMN Standard)\\\\n- Implementation and management of a global Projects Dashboard, a unique & centralized project portfolio for the different group PMOs (CCO, CFO & CIO)\\\\n- Implementation of an Activity Management tool (Forecast/Realized activities recording, KPI management, Dashboarding)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
