Setup, Install, patch, troubleshoot & resolve hardware, software, tablets and printing related issues. Create, Delete and Modify Active Directory & Office 365 accounts and groups. Image and configure all the Hardware including Desktops, Laptops, iPads, Touchpads/Tablets and Cellphones. Install and maintain general and industry-specific software. Migrating/syncing accounts from On-premises Exchange to O365 Exchange Manage Shared mailboxes, Distribution list, SharePoint sites and assign or revoke O365 Licenses. Maintain devices and deploy applications in Microsoft Intune/Entra. Assist Cyber security team with suspicious activity on user accounts and device locations using Microsoft Defender. Assist with network implementation. Assist in monitoring & maintenance of existing servers, system management tools and network infrastructure. Compile documentation for: troubleshooting steps within the ticketing system, new processes and additions to the corporate infrastructure.
